3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Witnica - Bożatki Municipal Road. The Municipal Road Intended For Renovation Begins At The Intersection With The District Road No. 2900P In The Town Of Bożatki And Ends At The Intersection With The District Road No. 3243P In Witnica. This Road Consists Of Three Sections Connected To Each Other To Form An Access Road Between The Towns Of Bożatki And Witnica. The First Section In Km 0+000.00 - 2+964.00, The Second Section In Km 0+000.00 - 0+350.00, The Third Section In Km 0+000.00 - 0+375.00. The Road Has A 4.50 M Wide Bituminous Surface With 0.75 M Wide Dirt Shoulders On Both Sides. There Are Numerous Cracks And Deformations On The Road Surface, As Well As Defects That Affect The Road Safety Of Its Users. The Dirt Roadsides Have Numerous Unevenness And Depressions. Along The Road There Are Farm Buildings, Single-Family Houses, Businesses, Arable Fields, Field Trees, As Well As A Fire Station, A Grocery Store, A Village Community Center And A Playground. There Are Public Transport And School Transport Stops Along The Road. There Is Also A Primary School In The Vicinity. The Road Renovation Project Involves Laying A Leveling Layer Of Asphalt Concrete With An Average Thickness Of 3 Cm And A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete With A Thickness Of 4 Cm, Which Will Improve The Condition Of The Surface And Increase The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Road. The Road Will Allow The Traffic Of Heavy Vehicles, Which Will Ensure Coherence With The District Road Network (E.G. When It Is Necessary To Detour District Roads). The Roadsides Will Be Reinforced With Crushed Aggregate, 10 Cm Thick And 0.75 M Wide Each.
