1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New One, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2024. Ambulance With The Following Medical Equipment: Main Stretcher, Main Stretcher Transporter, Pick-Up Stretcher, Orthopedic Board, Skid Cardiology Chair, Defibrillator, Electric Suction Machine. 2. The Ambulance Must Have An Approval Certificate Issued Under The Provisions Of The Act Of April 14, 2023. On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment. 3. The Ambulance Must Have The Necessary Approvals For A Completely Built-Up Road Ambulance And Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, And Must Comply With The Pn En 1789 Standard For Ambulances Or Equivalent. 4. The Vehicle Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251). 5.
