The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Provision Of Refueling Directly Into The Tanks Of Cars At The Ordering Partys Disposal And Canisters For Mechanical Equipment Such As: Lawn Mowers, Petrol Saws, Soil Drilling Rigs, Etc., In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Of The Following Fuels: 1) Unleaded 98 Gasoline In Accordance With The Pn-En 228 Standard, Nomenclature According To Cpv 09132100-4.2) Unleaded 95 Gasoline In Accordance With The Pn-En 228 Standard, Nomenclature According To Cpv 09132100-4,3) Diesel Oil In Accordance With The Pn – En 590 Standard, Nomenclature Acc. To Cpv 09134100-8.4) Propane-Butane Gas (Lpg) In Accordance With The Pn - En 589 Standard, Nomenclature Acc. Cpv 09122000-0, And The Purchase Of Car Accessories In Accordance With The Limit Granted For A Given Card, Up To Pln 25,000 In Total For All Fleet Cards Of The Type: - Nomenclature Acc. Cpv 09211100-2 (Engine Oil) - Nomenclature According To Cpv 24322320-6 (Windshield Washer Fluid) - Nomenclature According To Cpv 24957000-7 (Fuel Additives). - Nomenclature According To Cpv 50112300-6 (Vehicle Washing) The Fuels Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Quality Requirements Contained In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1209, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Of June 26, 2024 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg) Of May 28, 2021 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 744) And Other Relevant Legal Provisions And Quality Standards.2. It Is Allowed To Offer Fuel Equivalent To The Fuel Described In The Above-Mentioned Standards.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Number Of Gas Stations Throughout The Country Where The Order Can Be Fulfilled Is Not Less Than 150 Stations.4. The Ordering Party Requires That In Each Of The Following Cities (The Ordering Partys Registered Office And Its Field Workshops), I.E. Lublin, Biała Podlaska, Chełm And Zamość, There Is At Least One Gas Station Where Cars Can Be Refueled 24/7. In The Event Of A Possible Modernization Or Exclusion Of A Given Station From Sale, The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Making Transactions At Another Contractors Gas Station Located Closest To The Headquarters Of The Closed Or Modernized Station. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility That In The Event Of Possible Optimization Of The Operation Of A Given Gas Station, The Stations Opening Hours May Be Changed From 24-Hour Operation To 06:00-22:00.5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Issue 26 Fleet Cards Assigned To The Vehicles Covered By The Subject Of The Order (Vehicle Registration Numbers Will Be Provided In The Annex To The Signed Contract) And 8 Universal Fleet Cards Enabling Refueling Of F
