Comprehensive Organization Of Study Trips To European Innovation Centers For Representatives Of Entities Creating The West Pomeranian Innovation Ecosystem1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Preparation And Implementation Of Two Study Trips For Representatives Of Entities Creating The West Pomeranian Innovation Ecosystem To European Innovation Centers.2. The Ordering Party Assumes That Study Trips Will Be Organized To European Regions Characterized By A High Level Of Innovation (According To The European Innovation Scoreboard - The So-Called Innovation Leaders And/Or Strong Innovators). One Of The Study Trips Will Take Place To The Hovedstaden Region (Dk) And The Program Should Include, Among Others: Study Visits To Science/Innovation Centers Located There (E.G. Technical University Of Denmark (Dtu) And/Or University Of Copenhagen, Etc.). The Second Study Trip Will Take Place To The Etelä-Suomi Region (Fi) And Its Program Should Include, Among Others: Study Visits To Science/Innovation Centers Located There (E.G. University Of Helsinki, South-Eastern Finland University Of Applied Sciences, Etc.).3. The Aim Of Study Trips Will Be, Among Others:• Obtaining Knowledge And Information About Experiences Regarding The Functioning Of Innovation Centers In Other Countries And Better Understanding Of Innovation Management Processes And Effective Principles Of Cooperation Between Individual Institutions Creating Them (E.G. By Organizing Substantive Meetings With The Authorities Of Universities, Research And Development Centers, Technology Transfer Centers Or Other Units Creating The Innovation Ecosystem In A Given Region, Etc.).• Building A Network Of Contacts And Searching For Potential Partners In Future Innovation Projects (E.G. Organizing Events Or Participating In Events Aimed At Intensifying Networking Processes Between Participants Of Study Trips From Western Pomerania And Representatives Of The Visited Units And/Or Other Entities Creating The Innovation Ecosystem In The Visited Region, Etc.) • Exchange Of Good Practices And Proven Solutions Between Participants Of The Trips And Representatives Of Innovation Centers In Order To Adapt Them To The Needs And Conditions Of Western Pomerania (E.G. Through Active Involvement Of Participants In Discussions And Conversations Regarding: Organizational And Financial Models Used For The Purposes Of Conducting Research And Development Processes And Teaching, Ways Of Improving The Quality Of Education, Effective Transfer Of Knowledge To The Economy, Activities Supporting The Development Of The Scientific Staff, Etc.) • Inspiring To Introduce Changes In The Region By Showing The Successes And Benefits Of Implementing New Solutions In Their Environment (E.G. By Organizing Events With People Who Have Gone Through A Given Process / Implemented New Solutions And Can Share Their Experiences With Participants). • Increasing The Competences Of People Creating The Regional
