1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design And Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 377, Located At Ul. Trocka 4 In Warsaw, As Part Of The Task Called Thermal Modernization Of Primary School No. 377 At Ul. Trocka 4 In Warsaw.2. The Task Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management As Part Of The Support For The Project From The Kpo Development Plan Entitled Improving Energy Efficiency Of Educational Institutions In The Capital City Of Warsaw - Scope 1. 3. The Subject Of The Order Specifies In Detail The Swz, The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.4. The Execution Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Multi-Disciplinary Inventory Of The Existing School Building To The Extent Necessary To Perform Further Design Studies Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation Enabling The Performance Of The Full Scope Of Construction Works Necessary For Use As Part Of Thermal Modernization Works 3) Preparation Of An Inventory Of Existing Greenery Together With Its Valorization, And If It Is Necessary To Remove Greenery Colliding With Thermal Modernization Works, Preparation Of A Design For Replacement Plantings In The Area School.4) Development Of A Conceptual Design For The Color Scheme Of The Facade And Land Development Design As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Area Around The Building After Thermal Modernization Works (Including The Courtyard Area).5) Preparation Of An Analysis Of The Strength Of The Roof For The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels.6) Preparation Of Design Documentation For A Photovoltaic Installation.7) Obtaining By The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Necessary Arrangements/Opinions Of The Authorities Referred To In The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (I.E.
