Tenders Are Invited For Running A Shelter For Homeless Animals From The Grudziądz Commune Along With Accompanying Services In The 2026/2028 Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Run A Shelter For Homeless Animals From The Grudziądz Commune, Together With Accompanying Services In The 2026/2028 Season.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Contractors Provision To The Ordering Party Of The Service Of Running A Shelter For Homeless Animals From The Grudziądz Commune, The Transport Of Free-Living Animals Requiring Veterinary Care Or Veterinary Treatments To Appropriate Centers, And The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Dead Animals From The Grudziądz Commune. 3. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Catching, Transporting To A Shelter And Providing Shelter Care For Homeless Animals From The Grudziądz Commune, 2) Catching Free-Living Animals Requiring Veterinary Care Or Veterinary Procedures From The Grudziądz Commune, 3) Transporting Animals To An Animal Rehabilitation Center Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver A Sick Animal To A Center Included In The List Of Animal Rehabilitation Centers Published On Website Of The General Directorate For Environmental Protection (Https://Www.Gov.Pl/Web/Gdos/Wykaz-Osrodkow-Rehabilitacji-Zwierzat)4) Transport Of Animals To The Veterinary Clinic Indicated By The Ordering Party,5) Transport And Disposal Of Dead Animals From The Grudziądz Commune, Including The Collection And Export Of Animal Carcasses (Including Wild Ones) To Disposal Sites.4. The Order Should Be Carried Out In A Humane Manner Using Devices And Means That Will Not Pose A Threat To The Life And Health Of Animals, And The Caught Animals Should Be Transported In An Adapted Vehicle That Ensures Appropriate Conditions For The Animals During Transport In Accordance With The Animal Protection Act Of August 21, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580) And Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 Of 22 December 2004 On The Protection Of Animals During Transport And Related Operations And Amending Directives 64/432/Eec And 93/119/Ec And Regulation (Ec) No 1255/97.5. The Contractors Response To The Call To Catch, Transport To The Shelter And Provide Shelter Care For Homeless Animals From The Grudziądz Commune Should Be Immediate And Within A Maximum Of 1 Hour From The Time Of Notification.6. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Give Up For Adoption At Least 30% (Or More, In Accordance With The Commitment Expressed In The Offer) Of Caught Animals From The Grudziądz Commune. The Adoption Percentage Will Be Calculated On The Last Day Of Service Provision By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Formula Described In § 2 Section 3 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.7. Trapping Of Free-Living Animals Requiring Veterinary Care Or Veterinary Procedures From The Grudziądz Commune Should Take Place Within No More Than 4 Hours From The Time Of Reporting By The Ordering Party Or Another Date Indicated By The Ordering Party, And In The Case Of Road Accidents Involving Animals Immediately, Not Later Than 1 Hour From The T
