The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Performance Of Works Related To The Rationalization Of Energy Consumption, In Particular By Insulating The Ceiling, Insulating External Walls, Modernizing Lighting, Replacing The Electrical Installation, Modernizing The Central Heating System. And Domestic Hot Water Using An Air-Water Heat Pump Installation With A Photovoltaic Installation As A Power Source In An Educational Facility, Dormitory Building In The Secondary School And Sports Complex In Aleksandrów Łódzki.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented As Part Of Co-Financing From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź Under The Priority Program Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In Public Buildings And Municipal Resources - 2025 Edition 5. Detailed Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Following Studies:1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz;2) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.6. In The Event That An Exemplary Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Is Used Or If The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Procurement Documents, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Among Others, The Use Of Devices And Systems, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.7. Equivalence Consists In The Possibility Of Offering The Subject Of The Contract With No Worse Technical Parameters, Configurations, Normative Requirements, Etc.
