The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Design Works Includes:2.1. Development Of Complete Technical Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679) With The Following Scope:2.1.1. Architectural And Construction Designs For All Industries – 5 Copies; 2.1.2. Technical Designs For All Industries – 5 Copies; 2.1.3. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Separately For Each Industry - 1 Copy;2.1.4. Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates Separately For Each Industry - 1 Copy;2.2. Providing The Ordering Party With An Electronic Version Of The Entire Study For Each Facility Separately - 1 Copy, 2.3. Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And Permits For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order.2.4. Conducting Consultations And Arrangements By The Contractor With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, 2.5. Obtaining The Approval Of The Employer And The Supervision Inspector For The Developed Design Documentation Before The Commencement Of Construction Works.3. The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works At The Facility Includes: 3.1. Insulation Of External Walls;3.2. Insulation Of Foundation Walls;3.3. Replacement Of Door Joinery;3.4. Replacement Of Window Joinery;3.5. Replacement Of The Roof Covering Along With The Gutter System And Lightning Protection Installation;3.6. Replacement Of The Heat Source, Along With The Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation And Installation Of A Heat Pump For Hot Water, With Commissioning Of The Boiler Room Together With The Central Heating Installation, And The Central Heating Installations Should Be Designed And Installed With Separate Circuits For Each Residential Premises And Kindergarten Rooms, Along With Metering.
