1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Management Board Of The Łódź Agricultural Advisory Center Zs. In Bratoszewice, Ul. Nowości 32, 95-011 Bratoszewice. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Three Rooms In The Basement, 2) Two Office Rooms On The Ground Floor, 3) One Social Room On The Ground Floor, 4) Seven Office Rooms On The First Floor, 5) A Corridor On The Ground Floor And On The First Floor.2. In Particular, The Following Are Planned: 1) Renovation Of Floors, Walls, Ceilings, 2) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation And Replacement Of Electric Lighting Fixtures, 3) Installation Of Risers, 4) Installation Of External Anti-Burglary Roller Shutters, 5) Installation Of Anti-Burglary Doors, 6) Installation Of Internal Doors, 7) Construction And Installation Of Kitchen Cabinets, 8) Construction Of A New Connection For Installing A Dishwasher, 9) Relocation And Installation Of A Sink With A Faucet And Water Heater, 10) Dismantling The Gutters For The Installation, Hammering The Installation Into The Wall, Plastering The Grooves And Applying Plaster. 3. Additional Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
