The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Expansion Of Telecommunications And Fire Protection Installations In The Building Of A Secondary School, Including The Teaching Area And The Canteen. The Scope Of Work Is To Adapt The Facility To The Current Fire Protection, Fire Safety And Video Surveillance Regulations, In Accordance With The Applicable Pn-En Standards And Regulations Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And The Ministry Of Interior And Administration. When Carrying Out The Works, Consideration Should Be Given To Limiting The Nuisance To Those Using The Facility, And The Work Area Should Be Secured. Work Inside The Building Related To The Implementation Of The Scope Of Works Should Be Performed In Consultation With The Facilitys Management. Note! Any Acceptance Of Works Requiring The Participation Of Official Institutions Will Take Place At The Expense Of The Contractor. In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Scope Of Works And The Settlement Resulting From This Limitation Will Be Settled Based On The As-Built Cost Estimate. I Estimate The Value Of Works In Respect Of Which There May Be A Limitation/Abandonment Or Omission And Replacement Works May Be Included In This Place For Approximately 15% Of The Contract Value. The Cost Estimate(S) At The Stage Of Contract Implementation Will Be Made At The Contractors Expense. The Entire Task After The Introduction Of Replacement Works May Not Exceed The Amount Planned For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party.4.2. Taking Into Account The Above, The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of: As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Will Develop Design Documentation Necessary To Perform The Works. The Scope Of The Design Documentation Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order)4.3.
