4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks In The City Of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Along District Roads. The Scope Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 (List Of Sidewalks). Winter Maintenance Also Includes Sidewalks Within Roundabouts, Bridges, Footbridges, Pedestrian Crossings And Bicycle Rides Along The Streets Included In The List. The Order Includes Mechanical Snow Removal And Anti-Slip Measures - Estimated Scope Of The Task: 2,000 Km. Detailed Specifications For The Performance Of The Service Are Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Non-Chemical And Chemical Agents Allowed By The Ordering Party Are Specified In Detail In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws 2005, No. 230, Item 1960).
