Payment Terms Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Contract Within 30 Days Of Becoming Aware Of Circumstances That Make The Performance Of The Contract Not In The Public Interest, Which Could Not Have Been Foreseen At The Time Of Concluding The Contract - On The Terms Set Out In Article 456 Of The Public Procurement Law.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Submitting Variant Offers And In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs.6.
