The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Rescue And Logistic Equipment Intended To Increase The Level Of Safety Of The Inhabitants Of Wieliczka County, Described In Detail In The Opz - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Part I Includes The Purchase Of Foam Concentrates2. The Cost Of Delivery And Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (I.E. Wieliczka, Ul. Powstania Styczniowego 6) Is Covered By The Contractor.3. The Contractor Will Deliver And Hand Over To The Employee Collecting The Order From The Ordering Party The Item Covered By The Order In The Original Packaging Along With The Items Indicated In Section 4 Documents.4. The Products That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be: A) Brand New; B) Free From Physical And Legal Defects; C) Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Factory Packaging; D) Delivered With A Set Of Standard User Documentation In Paper Or Electronic Form, If Applicable; E) In Compliance With The Relevant Standards And Other Formal Requirements
