1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Cleanliness In The Office Building And To Keep The Area Adjacent To The Building Clean At Ul. Nad Drwiną 10, Together With The Provision Of Professional Hygiene And Sanitary Equipment And Articles As Well As Washing, Cleaning And Disinfecting Chemicals In The Quantities Necessary To Keep The Facility And The Area Around The Facility Constantly Clean, Including The Following Tasks: A. Task 1 D Includes Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms (Toilets, Kitchen) And Corridors And Communication Routes Located In Buildings: B1.2, B1.3, B2, B3, D2, E7, Part Of The Social And Office Building No. 1, Part Of The Social And Office Building No. 3, Part Of The Social And Office Building No. 4.B. Task 2 D Includes Maintaining The Cleanliness Of External Areas And The Circulation Route In Building B1.3 Located On The Business Park Nad Drwinąc Property. Task 3D Includes Possible One-Time Cleaning Of The Area Intended For Rent In The Form Of Office Space, Communication Routes Or A Production And Warehouse Hall2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide And Deliver Its Own Hygienic And Sanitary Products, Cleaning And Preservative Agents As Well As Its Own Manual And Mechanical Equipment Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Cost Of Delivery Of All Materials Must Be Included In The Offer Price.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annexes No. 1A To The Specifications.4. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract By A Contractor Or Subcontractor. As Part Of The Subject Of The Service, The Ordering Party Indicates That Activities Related To The Cleaning Service Within The Scope Of The Order Must Be Performed By Persons Employed Under Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1976 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277).5. Documenting The Employment Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated In The Previous Point. Activities At The Offer Stage Will Consist In Submitting A Declaration In Accordance With The Content Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Offer Form.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Used By The Contractor To Perform The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order For The Ordering Party Are Covered By Social And Health Insurance Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, Have No Criminal Record And Have Appropriate Qualifications And Experience Necessary To Perform The Services That Are The Subject Of The Agreement.7. No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of People Along With Information On The Basis For Employing Employees In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contracts.
