The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Devices And Equipment For A Third Party Liability Warehouse For Tasks Related To Civil Protection And Civil Defense. Conditions Of Implementation: 1) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered And Unloaded Directly To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Connected And Put Into Operation (If Applicable) Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, In Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With His Own Means Of Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk, And Will Leave It In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During Transport; 3) The Delivered Equipment Should Be Brand New, Unused, Without Traces Of Use, And Cannot Be Post-Lease Or Post-Exhibition. 4) The Devices Delivered By The Contractor Under This Order Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Covered By A Standard Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device And Provided Through The Manufacturers Service Network In Poland. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty For The Delivered Equipment Be At Least 36 Months.5) The Subject Of The Order Must Include All Requirements Indicated In The Tor And Annexes To The Full Extent Specified; 6) The Offered Equipment Must Have All Legally Required Approvals, Tests And Ce Certificates For Which It Is Required Under Polish Or Eu Law; 7) All Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Indicated In The Tor And Annexes Should Be Treated As Minimum; 8) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment Delivered Will Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular In Terms Of Required Certificates, Technical Opinions And Approvals For Use In Poland, If Required; 9) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Means And Technical Conditions, As Well As Economic And Organizational Potential Necessary To Complete The Order; 10) The Return Of Goods That Are Unsuitable For Use And The Delivery Of Replacement Goods, Free From Defects And Defects, Will Be Made At The Expense Of The Contractor. 11) The Contractor Will Replace The Subject Of The Contract Not Accepted During The Final Acceptance With A New One With The Same Parameters And Type At The Date And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And At His Own Expense. 12) All Equipment Is To Be Delivered To The Following Address: Ul.
