The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provision Of Telecommunications Services From Landline Phones In The Field Of Local, Zone And Long-Distance Telephone Calls To Mobile Networks, B) Rental, Assembly And Installation As Well As 24-Hour Service Of A Digital Telephone Exchange With A Power Supply System And A Switchboard In The Location Of Kraków Os. Złota Jesieni 1 Along With Modules Erected In The Locations Of Maków Podhalański Ul. Mickiewicza 7, C) Rental Of Telephones For The Needs Of The Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera W Krakowie Sp. Z O. O. For The Needs Of The Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera W Krakowie Sp. Z O. O. (Os. Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków), Long-Term Care Facility In Maków Podhalański Ul. Mickiewicza 7 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 2. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Make An Initial Local Inspection Of The Work Sites To Obtain Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare An Offer In Order To Conclude A Contract And Perform The Order. The Costs Of The On-Site Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor.
