The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Delivery, Assembly And Implementation Of The Solution, Taking Into Account The Comprehensive Operation Of The Entire It Environment, And In Particular Its Virtualization Cluster, Including Enabling The Migration Of Data And Production Systems Between Servers/Matrices. The Ordering Party Requires The Appointment Of A Person In The Form Of A Project Manager On The Contractors Side, As A Single Point Of Contact In The Scope Of: • Agreeing On The Work Schedule, • Coordinating And Agreeing On Delivery Dates, • Supervising The Process And Completeness Of Implementation Services, • Preparation Of Delivery Protocols And Partial/Full Implementation Of The Scope Of Implementation. The Ordering Party, Based On Its Own Knowledge And Experience, Has Specified The Necessary Connection Elements (Inserts, Cabling), And If Such A Need Arises, Together With The Delivered Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Elements, E.G. Devices And Equipment, Deemed Necessary By The Contractor And Enabling The Proper Operation Of The Entire System. The Infrastructure Provided Must Ensure Trouble-Free Operation When Connected To The Ordering Partys Infrastructure.
