Request for proposals for Supply of Airtime for Staff Provision of airtime and data top-up services for CH staff across Juba and field locations. The service provider will be responsible for purchasing and distributing airtime to designated staff lines upon request, covering both MTN, Zain and any other networks. Suppliers are requested to quote their standard service fee only, as the airtime value is fixed and will be reimbursed at cost. Service Type Description / Scope Quotation Requirement Unit of Measure Bulk Airtime Top-Up Service Electronic bulk top-up to multiple staff lines simultaneously for monthly allocations. Indicate service fee Per Transaction Data Bundles (Internet Packages) Subscription or top-up of data bundles for official use (Zain / MTN). Indicate service fee. Per Transaction The provider must ensure: Timely distribution of airtime and data to designated numbers. Accurate reconciliation and submission of usage or delivery reports. Monthly consolidated invoices for service fees, with airtime value attached as a cost-reimbursable item. Submission Deadline: 20th November 2025 Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: RFP for Framework Agreement [Category Number and Name] and delivered to CH Head office in Juba, or sent electronically to tenders@ch-int.org (PDF format, not exceeding 10MB). Late submissions will not be accepted. Coalition for Humanity reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal wholly or in part and is not bound to award any contract as a result of this invitation. Submission Deadline All proposals must be submitted no later than 20th November 2025 05:00 pm Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. Required Documents All proposals must include the following mandatory documents: 1. Valid Certificate of Registration / Incorporation (Ministry of Justice or relevant authority). 2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate. 3. Company profile with a physical address and contact details. 4. Past performance references (minimum of three) with contact persons. 5. Proof of financial capacity (e.g., bank statement or letter from bank). 6. Any other relevant licenses or certifications applicable to the category of service.
