Approximately 25 Ac units across Head Office and Staff Residence in Juba. Quarterly Servicing and Maintenance Per AC unit Plumbing Works Repair or replacement of taps, pipes, water lines, and fittings Per Job Electrical Works Replacement or repair of switches, bulbs, sockets, and minor rewiring Per Job Carpentry Works Door, window, or furniture repair; installation of shelves or locks Per Job Painting & Welding (where required) Touch-ups and minor structural fixes Per Job Service providers must ensure the use of quality materials, have qualified technical personnel, and demonstrate the ability to respond to urgent repair requests within a reasonable time frame.
