Expression of Interest for Survey Services for Firm-Level Energy Efficiency Assessment in Poland The World Bank seeks to engage a survey firm to support a data collection exercise aimed at identifying binding constraints to energy efficiency among firms in selected high-energy-intensity sectors. The focus will be on sector-specific technologies and processes that reduce reliance on carbon-intensive fuels and improve overall energy efficiency. The Consultant will administer a structured survey via computer-assisted video interviewing (CAVI), targeting at least 120 firms, across four prioritized manufacturing sectors: dairy products, vehicle parts and accessories, plastics in primary forms, and other furniture. The survey will be stratified by firm size, with approximately 120 completed interviews expected. The Consultant will also provide a comprehensive contact list of over 600 firms.
