This Is A Below-Limit Public Contract For Services, Awarded In Accordance With § 56 Zzvz In An Open Procedure. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation At The Dsp And Dps Level For The Construction Of A New Crematorium Building, Incl. Cremation Ovens And Access Roads Incl. Connecting Utility Networks And Subsequently Ensuring The Performance Of Copyright Supervision During Construction. More Detailed Information Is Given In Other Parts Of The Terms And Conditions, Respectively. In The Tender Documentation Appendices, Which Are The Study Of The New Building And The Binding Model Of The Contract. Part Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is, In Particular: A) Project Documentation, Which Will Include The Following Parts: A. Completion Of A Detailed Architectural Study Including The Necessary Surveys, B. Documentation For Building Permits, C. Documentation For Building Construction, B) Provision Of Engineering Services For The Purpose Of Obtaining Construction Permits; C) Authors Supervision During Construction (Assumption Of Max. 100 Hours - Billed According To Reality).
