Description Of The Work 2.1. Demolition And Proper Disposal Of The Existing Two Split Air Conditioning Systems And Ductwork. 2.2. Addition Of A Split Variable Refrigerant Flow, Air To Air Heat Pump System With Branch Box. Add One Exterior Condensing Unit On A Snow Stand And Concrete Pad, And Three Indoor Vertical Fan Coil Units. Indoor Units To Include Electric Coil For Back-Up Heating. 2.3. Remove And Replace The Existing Hrv With A New Erv-01. Adjust The Ductwork Layout. 2.4. Addition Of A Condensate Pump And Connection Of The Indoor Heat Pump Units To The Existing Sanitary System. Removal Of The Existing Condensate Piping. 2.5. Installation Of Electric Baseboard And Forced Flow Heaters. 2.6. Testing, Adjusting And Balancing Of All Existing And New Air Systems. 2.7.
