The Message Operator Service Is Acquired As A Saas Service. The Service Includes The Right To Use The Necessary System. The Supplier Is Responsible For User And Technical Support And Maintenance After Implementation. The Object Of The Procurement Consists Of The Following Services:* Brokerage Service For Sales Invoices, Payment Reminders And Interest Invoices* Printing And Sending Service For Sales Invoices, Payment Reminders And Interest Invoices* Visualization Of Sales Invoices* Online Invoice Brokerage Service For Purchase Invoices* Purchase Invoice Scanning And Digitization Service* Purchase Order Brokerage Service* Service For Messages And For Document Management And Viewing* Maintenance And Support Services During The Production Of Messaging Services* Expert Services* Implementation Project Including Production And Test Environment The Planned Implementation Of The Message Operator Service Is In March 2026. The Agreement Will Enter Into Force When Both Parties Have Signed It And Will Be Valid For The First Four (4) Years, After Which The Agreement Will Be Valid Indefinitely. The Implementation Project Will Begin Immediately After Signing The Agreement.
