Building And Facilities Management Service Of The New Leida Bus Station.The New Lleida Bus Station Will Open 365 Days Of The Year During The Following Hours:• From Monday To Friday: From 05:30. At 10:45 P.M. •Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays: From 05:30. At 10:00 P.M. A Building And Facilities Management Service Is Needed To Cover The Entire Opening Period And Guarantee The Following Aspects: • Opening And Closing Of The Bus Station Together With The Station Security Guard. • Check And Supervision Of The State Of The Grounds And Facilities (Platforms, Vestibules, Vehicle Access, Access C/Comptes D’Urgell, Ground Floor And 1St Floor, Etc.), In Accordance With The Protocols In Force At The Station. • Access Control Of People To The Station, Requesting Compliance With The Regulations. •Review Of Ticket Vending Machines; Of The Small Food And Hot Drinks Machines And Of The Consignments.** • Attending To Alarms, In Accordance With The Protocols In Force At The Station. • Act In The Event Of An Emergency In Accordance With The Stations Self-Protection Plan. • Management Of Access To The Discretionary (Non-Regular) Bus Station, Indicating The Parking Area And Charging The Corresponding Fee. **This Function Will Start When The Said Machines And Instructions Are Installed At The Station. As Long As The Station Is A Public Access Site, Dialogue Is Expected With The Users And Workers Of The Building. This Conversation Will Have To Be Carried Out At Least In Catalan And Spanish. All The Functions Described, Except For Opening And Closing, Must Be Able To Last Completely Autonomously. The Service Will Be Provided For A Single Payment 365 Days Of The Year, Within The Following Hours: • From Monday To Friday: From 05:15 Am. At 11:15 Pm. (18 Hours Daily)•Saturday, Sundays And Holidays: From 05:15. At 10:15 P.M. (17 Hours Daily)
