Work Detail
Construction Work – Copy Copy New Building Humanitas Dormitory - Bkp 242 Heating Systems. 242. Heat Generation: The Heat Requirement For Heating And Domestic Hot Water Is Covered By District Heating From The Horgen Municipal Utility, From The Existing District Heating Transfer Station In The Existing Building. The Performance Of The Existing District Heating Station Is Sufficient To Supply The New Building. For The Supply, A New Low-Temperature Long-Distance Pipeline Will Be Laid From The Old Heating Center To The New Building. The Operating Temperature Of This Will Be At A Maximum Flow Temperature Of 70°C. In The New Building, A Transfer Station Or Substation With A Plate Exchanger As A System Separator, Heating Groups For Heat Distribution Downstairs, Ground Floor, Upper Floor, Air Heater Ventilation And Domestic Hot Water Heating Is Provided, Including All Necessary Equipment Such As Heating Group Pumps, Shut-Off, Control And Safety Valves, Expansion System, Assembly, Piping Made Of Steel Pipes, Commissioning And Handover Of The System. 242.4 Domestic Hot Water Preparation: Hot Water Is Generated Via Fresh Water Stations With The Associated Buffer Storage Heating. The Fresh Water Stations Draw Their Heat From This Heating Buffer Storage Depending On The Load In Order To Be Able To Deliver 60°C Warm Water To The End Consumers In A Continuous Process. With Fresh Water Stations, The Hygiene Problem (Legionella) Is Reduced To The Distribution System, As This Is Based On The Principle Of Instantaneous Water Heating And Therefore Only Heats The Water Currently Required (No Domestic Hot Water Tank). Domestic Hot Water Is Preheated By Using Waste Heat From Commercial Refrigeration Using Or Using A Special Storage Tank To Use Waste Heat From Fresh Water. When The Refrigeration Machine Is In Operation (Room Supply Air Cooling In The Summer Months), The Waste Heat Is Also Used Via A Desuperheater In The Special Storage Tank To Preheat The Domestic Hot Water. 243 Heat Distribution: Heating Of The Staff Rooms, Toilet Rooms, Restaurant And Kitchen (Basement/Ground Floor) Via Radiators With Thermostatic Valves. The Guest Toilet/Entrance, Dining Room On The Ground Floor And Living On The Upper Floors Are Heated With Low-Temperature Underfloor Heating (Flow Max. 35°C) Via Diffusion-Tight Multi-Layer Pipes. The Rooms Are Equipped With Individual Room Regulation With Room Thermostats. (Delivery Of Room Thermostats By Customer Or Electrician) Design Of Room Temperature According To Sia2024. All Pipes Are Insulated In Accordance With Cantonal Energy Laws And Regulations Against Heat And Cold Loss, Against Condensation And Fire Regulations. A New Total Energy Meter Building Will Be Constructed As Planned. In Addition, The Air Heater And Domestic Hot Water Groups Are Equipped With A Heat Meter.
