Public Road Transport Services – Regular Passenger Transport Services Provided As Part Of Public Transport On Bus Lines Supervised By Ztm Throughout The Entire Transport Network. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Regular Transport Services Provided As Part Of Local Public Transport (Public Transport In Warsaw) On Lines Supervised By The Municipal Transport Authority, Throughout The Entire Area Of The Communication System, I.E. In The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw And Communes Near Warsaw, With Which The Capital City Warsaw Signed Appropriate Agreements. 2. The Subject Of The Order Are Transport Services Provided For A Period Of 10 Years (120 Months) In An Annual Quantity Of 4,200,000 (Four Million Two Hundred Thousand) With A Tolerance Of Up To -10% (Minus Ten Percent) Vehicle Kilometers Using 50 Buses With A Length Of Approx. 18 Meters (Mega Class) And The Provision Of Min. 4 Reserve Vehicles. If The Provision Of Services Is Commenced And/Or Terminated During The Year, This Amount Will Be Reduced In Proportion To The Number Of Months And Days Remaining Until The End Of The Calendar Year.
