Agricultural, Forestry, Horticultural, Aquacultural And Apicultural Services – European Public Tender Raw Framework Agreement For Green Maintenance Tielerwaard Oost. European Public Tender Raw Framework Agreement For Green Maintenance Tielerwaard Oost The Reason For This Tender Procedure Concerns The Expiry Of The Current Agreement. Water Board Rivierenland Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, One Partial Assignment Will Be Issued Annually For All Work In The Relevant Year. Carrying Out Green Maintenance Generally Consists Of: Preparatory Work (Including Communicating With Plot Owners); Mowing Waterways (Period 1_Spring); Mowing Waterways (Period 2_Summer); Mowing Waterways (Period 3_Autumn); Mowing And Cleaning Up Nature-Friendly Banks (Nvos) And Maintenance Paths; Mowing Chimney Dams; Mowing Structures And Weirs; Making Staff And Equipment Available. An Exact And Concrete Description Of The Work Is Included In The Raw Framework Agreement (See Appendix 1). The Green Maintenance Is Carried Out Within The Region Mentioned, As Shown On The Location Maps Associated With The Raw Framework Agreement. The Location Maps Indicate Which Green Objects Are Present (And Must Be Maintained As Such) And Their Location And Location. This Raw Framework Agreement Also Includes A Global Maintenance Calendar Showing The Activities, Frequencies And Implementation Periods. Duration Of Agreement The Raw Framework Agreement Has A Term From January 12, 2026 To December 31, 2030. The Contract Duration Is Therefore 5 Years.
