Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Frampol Commune And From The Point Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Involving The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Frampol Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: A) Delivery Of Containers And Bags Intended For The Collection Of Municipal Waste On Residential Premises And At A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Maintaining Containers Intended For Collecting Municipal Waste In An Appropriate Sanitary Condition, B) Collection Of Expired Medicines From Containers Located In Pharmacy Points And Used Batteries From Containers Located In Educational Institutions And Public Administration Buildings. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Amount Of Waste Generated In The Frampol Commune On The Premises Inhabited By Residents, As Well As The Estimated Number Of Bags Intended For Collecting Waste, Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Determined Quantities Are Estimated And May Change According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Amount Of Waste Generated By Residents. 4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
