Miscellaneous Repair And Maintenance Services – Operation, Maintenance And Conservation Services For The Dams In The 3Rd Exploitation Zone (Cáceres And Salamanca). The 3Rd Exploitation Zone Of The Tajo Hydrographic Confederation Is Assigned The Management, Exploitation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Borbollón, Gabriel Y Galán, Jerte, Navamuño, Rivera De Gata, Valdeobispo, Árrago, Baños, Aldeanueva Del Camino, Azud De Hervás And Villar De Plasencia Dams And All Their Complementary Facilities, Such As Offices, Elevators, Technical Rooms And Generating Sets, Among Others. All This In The Province Of Cáceres. Of The Eleven Dams That Belong To The 3Rd Exploitation Zone, Ten Are Large Dams And Are Classified As Category A According To Royal Decree 264/2021, Of April 13, Which Approves The Technical Safety Standards For Dams And Their Reservoirs, That Is, They Are Dams Whose Breakage Or Incorrect Operation Can Seriously Affect Urban Centers Or Essential Services, Or Cause Very Significant Material Or Environmental Damage. In Addition To Complying With Current Regulations, To Keep The Infrastructure In Perfect Condition, It Is Necessary To Address The Needs That Arise During Their Operation, Breakdowns, Breakage Of Elements, Adaptation Of Obsolete Equipment, New Needs, Etc. Either Corrective Or Preventive. The Need To Maintain In Perfect State Of Operation And Conservation The Infrastructures That Make Up The Hydraulic Heritage Of The Tajo Hydrographic Confederation, Such As The Dams, Is Evident, Not Only From The Point Of View Of Hydraulic Safety, But Also From The Functional Point Of View, So That Said Infrastructures Can Fully Comply With The Objectives For Which They Were Designed And Built.
