Regular Maintenance: The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Visit All Locations Of Childrens Playgrounds Once A Month In Accordance With The Cost Schedule And The List Of Playground Locations, Perform An Inspection And Determine Whether There Is Any Defect That Brings Or May Call Into Question Its Functional Correctness (Deficiency). The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Prepare A Monthly Report On The Performed Inspection, Observed And Eliminated Defects At The Locations. Going Out For Intervention At The Order Of The Client In The Event Of The Need For Intervention To Eliminate A Defect That May Occur At Any Time, The Service Provider Undertakes, At The Order Of The Client, Within The Time Limit Offered In The Offer, And No Later Than Within 24 Hours, To Go To The Field And Start Eliminating The Defect At The Specific Location And Equipment Indicated In The Order. The Clients Order Is Issued By E-Mail Or By Telephone, In Which Case The Client Issues A Written Order By E-Mail As Soon As Possible. The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Notify The Authorized Representative Of The Client, Who Monitors The Execution Of The Contract, Upon Arrival At The Location And Starting Work On Eliminating Defects. If The Service Provider Cannot Immediately Eliminate The Defect, He Is Obliged To Take All Necessary Actions And Measures Until The Defect Is Eliminated To Prevent The Use Of The Equipment, To Prevent Endangering The Life, Health Or Safety Of The User, And To Prevent Damage To The Surrounding Property Or Endangering The Safety Of The Surrounding Property. The Response Time To The Intervention To Eliminate The Deficiency At The Order Of The Client Is Also A Non-Price Criterion For The Selection Of The Offer, And The Offeror Submits A Statement In The Offer In Which He Can Offer A Shorter Period Than The Maximum Allowed Period Of 24 Hours.
