Ip Telephone Services - Provision Of The Right To Use A Unified Communication Platform Including Software For A Contact Center And Software Telephone Exchange For The Needs Of The National Statistical Institute And The Territorial Statistical Bureaus. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Granting The Right To Use A Single Communication Platform Including Software For A Contact Center And A Software Telephone Exchange For The Needs Of The National Statistical Institute And The Territorial Statistical Bureaus. The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: 1. Installation Of The Telephone Communication System On The Existing Hardware Infrastructure Of Nsi. 2. System Configuration, Setup And Tests. 3. Integration With The Existing Call Center Platform And Its Inclusion In The Unified Communication Platform. 4. Delivery And Setup Of Telephones For Working With The System. 5. Training Users And Administrators To Work With The System. 6. Maintenance Of Supplied Equipment And Software. 7. One-Year Warranty Support Of The Unified Communication Platform. The Contracting Authority Pays 100% (One Hundred Percent) Of The Total Value Of The Remuneration Under The Concluded Contract In Advance Within 30 (Thirty) Days From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract Against An Invoice Presented By The Contractor And A Guarantee Of Advance Payment. Before Concluding A Public Procurement Contract, The Contractor Should Submit: 1. A Guarantee Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 10% (Ten Percent) Of Its Value Excluding Vat. 2. A Guarantee That Secures The Funds Provided In Advance, Up To The Amount Of These Funds (100% Of The Value Of The Advance Payment - If Applicable). 3. The Guarantees Should Comply With The Norm Of Art. 111 Zop And The Requirements And Conditions Of The Draft Contract For Awarding The Procedure - Appendix To This Documentation. 4. The Guarantees Are Provided In One Of The Following Forms: 4.1 A Sum Of Money; 4.2. Bank Guarantee; 4.3. Insurance That Secures Performance Through Contractor Liability Coverage.
