Prequalifications For Construction Of Wastewater Networks And Pumping Stations

Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Wastewater Networks and Pumping Stations in the Municipalities of Al-Junaid and North Jarash - Contracts c2, c3, and C4. Prequalification document must be delivered to the address indicated in the ITA 1.1 on or before [December 8, 2025] at 12:00 hours Jordanian local time. Late Applications will be rejected. The Employer, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation/Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) has received financing from the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) towards the cost of the Construction of Wastewater Systems in the Municipalities of Al-Junaid & North Jarash. Background The Works under this Prequalification process involve the construction of wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, and associated force mains in multiple locations, aimed at expanding and improving wastewater services in the project area. The Works under this Prequalification process are divided into three packages (C2, C3, and C4), as described below: Package 2 (C2): Balelah Wastewater Collection System & Kareem Pumping Station: Construction of Wastewater collection System including house connections, approximately 52 Km of pipelines. Construction of Kareem Pumping Station, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA works, with associated force main with total length of approximately 2.2 Km The expected project duration is 16 months Package 3 (C3): The expected project duration is 24 months. Lot (1): Junaid Main Pumping Station and Force Main Construction of the Junaid Main Pumping Station, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA works, and associated force main of approx. 20 km. Lot (2): Sakhrah & Kufur Khal Wastewater Collection System: Construction of the Sakhrah and Kufur Khal wastewater collection systems including house connections (approx. 110 km of pipelines). Package 4 (C4): The expected project duration is 30 months. (Lot 1) Ebben and Eableen Wastewater System: Construction of the Ebben and Eableen wastewater collection systems including house connections (approx. 90 km of pipelines), Ebben Pumping Station, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA works, and associated force main, and microtunneling works. Lot (2): Samta & Ras Muneef Wastewater System: Construction of the Samta and Ras Muneef wastewater collection systems including house connections (approx. 24 km of pipelines), two pumping stations, and associated force mains.
