Refuse And Waste Related Services – Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Resulting From Mechanical Segregation With Code 19 12 12. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Resulting From Mechanical Segregation With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, In A Total Amount Of Up To 5,000.00 Mg/Year (Waste Resulting From Municipal Waste). It Is Estimated That Approximately 250-420 Mg/Month Will Be Allocated For Development. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Provisions Specified In Chapter Iv Section 2 Points 1) The Quantities Are Indicative, Illustrating The Possible Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And May Be Changed Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, However, The Minimum Amount Of Waste Transferred Will Be 3,000.00 Mg/Year. In The Case Of Waste Collection In Quantities Smaller Than Those Specified In Chapter Iv, Section 2 Points 1) The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. 3) Waste Generated In The Process Of Mechanical Segregation Of Municipal Waste Constituting The Oversize Fraction. Secondary Raw Materials Have Been Separated From This Waste, I.E. Glass, Metals, Pet, Paper, Cardboard, Etc. 4) The Waste Is Stored In An Open, Uncovered Area, In Unbaled Form. 5) The Ordering Party Informs That, Based On The Collected Data, On Average A Waste Transporting Vehicle Can Load Approximately 23 Mg Of Waste. However, This Value Is Variable And Largely Depends On The Load Capacity Of The Waste Collection Vehicle. 6) Annex No. 8 To The Swz Presents The Test Results For Waste With Code 19 12 12. 7) In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Provides Illustrative Photos Of Waste With Code 19 12 12. 8) The Waste Does Not Contain Ingredients Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 9) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage Waste In Accordance With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations. 10) Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Processed Using Installations For The Production Of Alternative Fuel Or Installations For Thermal Waste Processing. 11) The Amount Of Waste Will Be Settled On The Basis Of A Verified Goods Scale Located At The Ordering Partys, According To The Weighing Result Printout. The Ordering Party Has A Legalization Certificate Located On The Premises Of The Ordering Party. 12) Waste Will Be Collected By Transport By The Contractor At His Expense And Managed By The Contractor Through Recovery. 13) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Planned Amount Of Waste To Be Collected In Advance. 14) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Waste Collected From The Plant In Pukinin With Code 19 12 12 Will Be Determined Successively By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order. 15) Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor From The Installation Located At: Pukinin 140, Rawa Mazowiecka Commune. Waste Collection Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. 16) Waste Collection Will Be Confirmed With Waste Transfer Cards. 17) Waste Will Be Loaded Using The Ordering Partys Equipment, And The Contractor Will Be Responsible For:
