The Subject Also Includes All Necessary Licenses, Integration Components And Support For Operation In The Production Environment Of Rtv Slovenia For The Contractual Period From Selection To 31 December 2028. The Teletext System Of The Institution, Which Is Used For The Distribution Of The Data Carousel With All Informative And Other Important Information, As Well As For The Distribution Of Subtitles Of Live Programs For Persons With Adaptations, Is Kept By The Client In Its Existing State And Is Not Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. It Is Important That The Bidder Offers The Subject Of The Public Contract In Such A Way That It Will Work Correctly With The Mentioned Teletext System Of The Client, Since Only This Is Distributed On Its Own Platforms Of Terrestrial (Dvb-T) And Satellite Television (Dvb-S) And Distributed Via Secondary Networks Of Major And Minor Operators Within The Country In Streaming Format And Synchronized With The Corresponding Video Streams.
