Telephone-Answering Services – Provision Of Citizen Service And Support Center Operation Services For The N.P.D.D. Greek Land Registry. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services For The Operation Of A Citizen Service And Support Center Which Will Manage The Telephone Calls To The Agency, By A Contracting Company, Which Will Have A Modern Telecommunications Center, The Necessary Executive Staff With Experience And Appropriate Training And The Required Logistical Infrastructure That Will Ensure A High Level Of Service Quality, In Accordance With The Defined Technical Specifications And Requirements Of The Agency. The Above Services Will Be Provided Through The Unified Multi-Channel Communication Center/Communication Hub Of The Helliniko Ktimatologio Agency. The Communication Hub (Hereinafter Abbreviated As Chub) Is A System Of Unified Digital Management And Processing Of Incoming Requests, Regardless Of The Entry Gate (Telephone Or Document) And Requires Digital Cooperation Between The Agencys Central Services And The Citizen Service And Support Center Operating Contractor. Therefore, The Center Will Be Connected/Integrated From The Beginning To The Digital Platform Chub, Used By The Agency. For The Telephone Service, The Contractor Will Install The Software And Use Devices Provided By The Carrier And Is Obliged, In Cooperation With The Carrier And The Chub Contractor, To Take All The Necessary Actions For The Interconnection Of The Devices, Which Will Be Placed In Its Premises, With The Carriers Telephone Center Via A Vpn Line (Or Another Connection Method Chosen By The Carrier), Which Will Be Provided By The Carrier. Also, He Is Obliged To Use Chubs Ticketing System Exclusively For The Management Of Written Messages. In The Event Of The Abolition (Or A Decision By The Agency Of Partial Or Total Non-Interconnection/Integration) Of The Existing Chub Digital Platform, The Support Of The Above Services Will Be Carried Out By The Corresponding Systems Of The Contractor, While In The Event Of The Implementation Of A New Digital Communication Platform At The Agency, The Contractor Is Obliged To Connect To It Within The Time Provided For The Initial Link To This Issue Of Years. It Is Desirable That The Services Of The Contract Be Provided In Attica So That It Is Possible To Participate In The Training Of The Staff, The Evaluation Of The Staff As Well As The Possibility Of Monitoring The Life Of The Contractors Staff And Their Continuous Training. (According To Standard Practice, At The Start Of Operation And For A Period Of Two To Three Weeks, The Contractor Is Supported By Experienced Staff Of The Agencys Tychep). If They Are Provided Outside Attica, The Training/Evaluation Of The Contractors Staff Will Take Place At The Agencys Facilities. At The Agencys Absolute Discretion, It Is Possible For All Or Part Of The Training/Assessment To Take Place At The Contractors Premises.
