Legal Services – Drug/Pharmaceutical Law. The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (Further: Client) Intends To Procure External Legal Services To Support Internal Legal Advice, Whereby When Providing The Legal Services It Must Be Taken Into Account That The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft As A Non-Profit Non-University Research Institution Funded By The Federal And State Governments In Accordance With Article 91B Of The Basic Law In The Legal Form Of A Registered Association Is Subject To Public Law Framework Conditions That Can Influence All Areas Of Advice. For This Purpose, A Framework Agreement Should Be Concluded For Legal Advice And Support Services In The Area Of Pharmaceutical Law/Pharmaceutical Law: Pharmaceutical Law/Pharmaceutical Law Advice And Support (Including The Formulation And Negotiation Of Corresponding Contractual Provisions) Of The Client On Questions Relating To Pharmaceutical Law/Pharmaceutical Law, In Particular In Connection With R&D Contracts (Contract Research And Cooperation Projects), Licensing Agreements, Clinical Trials (Here In Particular, But Not Exclusively, Fraunhofer As A Sponsor, Fraunhofer As A Test Center, Fraunhofer As A Manufacturer Of Investigational Medicinal Products) And Non-Interventional Studies. The Services In Accordance With Section 116 Gwb Are Not The Subject Of This Procurement.
