Flying-School Services – Helicopter Pilot Practical Training. The Main Requirements For The Provision Of Practical And Theoretical Training Services Related To Helicopter Pilot Training: The Organization Providing Practical Training Must Have An Operating Manual (Om) And A License (Ato) Approved By The Aviation Office Of The Ministry Of Construction And Transportation (Ékm), Which Enables The Practical And Theoretical Part Of The Training Necessary To Implement The Program To Be Conducted Within The Framework Of The Organization. Practical Training: Cpl(H) Training, Which Includes At Least 140 Hours Of Practical Flight On A Helicopter Or A Mixed Helicopter And Fixed-Wing Aircraft, As Well As The Necessary Test Flight And Pre-Flight And Post-Flight Preparatory Theoretical Lessons Are Also Part Of The Program, In Accordance With The Relevant European Aviation Regulations (Easa). Theoretical Training: Cpl(H) Theoretical And Additional Trainings, Which Include Theoretical Training In Helicopter-Specific Subjects Or Subject Parts In Accordance With The Accepted Training Theme And The Relevant Easa Regulations. Names Of Qualifications To Be Obtained: Cpl(H) Commercial Pilot License At The End Of Theoretical And Practical Training. In The Program, The Bidder Provides The Aircraft Required For The Training Along With Fuel, Instructor Supervision And Landing/Airport Usage Costs. The Training Program Includes The Completion Of All The Theoretical And Practical Exams Required For The Professional Service License With The Bearing Of All Its Costs, Including The Oral Icao English Language Exam, Cpl Theory Exams, And Official Practical Exams In The Case Of Theoretical And Practical Exams Taken By The Hungarian Authorities At Least Once Each Exam. During The Practical Training Program, The Person Responsible For Practical Training Ensures The Continuous Availability Of Documentation, Preparatory Materials, Maps And Practice Programs Necessary For The Students Preparation And Progress. The Training Is Aimed At Training Helicopter Engineers And Helicopter Specialists. The Content Of Both Courses Is Spread Over The Same 4 Semesters. The Language Of The Training Is English And Hungarian. The Training Service Must Be Provided To A Maximum Of 7 + 7 People Per Year During The 36-Month Performance Period Of The Framework Contract, But Up To A Maximum Of Huf 1,867,000,000 Net, Based On Individual Contracts. There Is No Minimum Order (Withdrawal) Obligation On The Requester. The Training Starts Continuously, Every Year. 1St Semester Basic Practical Training: 24 Hours, Basic Theoretical Education: 48 Hours. 2Nd Semester Advanced Practical Training: 38 Hours. 3Rd Semester Complex Procedures Practical Training: 33 Hours, Cpl 2Nd Theoretical Training: 180 Hours. Semester 4: Commercial And Basic Instrument Training: 45 Hours, Cpl 3. Theoretical Training: 155 Hours. Aviation Specific Professional Subjects To Be Completed By The Tenderer And Their Detailed Number Of Hours Are Included In The Technical Description. The Detailed Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Provided Technical Description. It Is Connected With The Fulfillment Of The Contract
