Tenders Are Invited For Siyb Certified Trainer

Tenders are invited for SIYB Certified Trainer. Assist in the process of selecting the beneficiaries by referring potential participant, if any, with ensuring the inclusion criteria (participants with at least 35% refugee, 40% women, 1.5% people with disabilities and meet a specified minimum education level). In terms of age group, they should be between 18-55 years old. Conduct training needs analysis (BNA matrix and TNA report) for the participants to identify which modules fit for the SIYB programme. This could be conducted via phone calls in coordination with Al Majmoua team (which will share cleaned data of beneficiaries with trainers). Submit the agenda, ToE activity report, Evaluation score sheet and Excel of daily and final evaluations for each training following the structure of the official SIYB curriculum. Select One success story /case study for each IYB training course (each training will include 15 to 25 trainees) and document it using the SIYB Success Stories forms, in addition to the Training Plan form. Complete all forms for each course program (Daily evaluation, end of training evaluation, and end of training report). For early-stage start-up business graduates, follow up after training normally consists of either individual or group counselling sessions to help the beneficiaries to finalize their business plan. Apply the Business Game as part of the SIYB programme. Register and complete all completed training courses on SIYB Gateway Platform of ILO. Complete daily attendance sheets assuring all signatures and collect a copy of their IDs. Ensure to strictly follow Al Majmoua code of conduct, PSEA and child protection policy.
