Request for proposals for Water Supply (General and Drinking) Provision and delivery of clean water for both general office/compound use and drinking purposes.Service providers are requested to quote unit prices only for the following: Type of Water Specification / Capacity Unit of Measure Water Tank Supply Approximately 12,000 litres per Month (tanker delivery for general office use and compound cleaning) Per Tanker Load Drinking Water Bottled Cartons 24 × 600 ml bottles Per Carton Drinking Water Dispenser Bottles 20 litres (standard refill bottle) Approximately 50 Bottles per Month Per Bottle (Refill) Suppliers must ensure safe, hygienic, and timely delivery to CH offices and field locations, with proof of water-quality testing and source certification where applicable. Submission Deadline: 20th November 2025 Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: RFP for Framework Agreement [Category Number and Name] and delivered to CH Head office in Juba, or sent electronically to tenders@ch-int.org (PDF format, not exceeding 10MB). Late submissions will not be accepted. Coalition for Humanity reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal wholly or in part and is not bound to award any contract as a result of this invitation. Required Documents All proposals must include the following mandatory documents: 1. Valid Certificate of Registration / Incorporation (Ministry of Justice or relevant authority). 2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate. 3. Company profile with a physical address and contact details. 4. Past performance references (minimum of three) with contact persons. 5. Proof of financial capacity (e.g., bank statement or letter from bank). 6. Any other relevant licenses or certifications applicable to the category of service.
