Request for proposals for International and Local Ticketing Provision of domestic and international air ticketing services for Coalition for Humanity (CH) staff, consultants, and official visitors. The service provider will be responsible for booking, confirming, and issuing tickets upon request, ensuring timely, transparent, and reliable service delivery. Since ticket prices are standardized and determined by airlines, suppliers are requested to quote only their service fee applicable per transaction, as detailed below: Service Type Description / Scope Quotation Requirement Unit of Measure Domestic Ticketing (Within South Sudan) Booking, confirmation, and issuance of local air tickets Indicate standard service fee per ticket issued. Per Ticket International Ticketing Booking, confirmation, and issuance of Indicate standard Per Ticket (Regional / Africa) international air tickets (e.g., Juba Nairobi, Juba Kampala, Juba Addis Ababa). service fee per ticket issued. Emergency / After-Hours Ticketing Support Handling urgent bookings or rebookings outside regular working hours. Indicate service fee or surcharge per transaction. Per Transaction The service provider must ensure: 24-hour availability for urgent or emergency bookings. Access to major airline systems and reliable ticket issuance platforms. Transparent communication and provision of ticket copies and receipts for every booking.
