Tenders are invited for GBV Trainer Consultant for the Tripoli Area. Deadline: Sunday, 16. Nov 2025 Responsibilities: Conduct interactive GBV awareness sessions. Conduct sessions in an engaging and culturally sensitive manner. Promote a safe space for open discussion and learning. Provide basic reporting on participant engagement and session outcomes. Training Development: Developing comprehensive training materials and modules tailored to the needs of the participants. Incorporating best practices and evidence-based approaches in the training curriculum. Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions on GBV concepts, case management, survivor-centered approaches, and referral systems. Utilizing interactive and participatory training methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes. Providing case studies, role-plays, and group discussions to illustrate key points and foster practical understanding. Deliverables Detailed training plan and curriculum. Training materials and handouts. Pre- and post-training assessment tools. Training attendance records. A final training report with an analysis of participant feedback and recommendations. Qualifications: A University degree in social sciences, guidance and counselling or relevant fields. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with vulnerable communities Professional training in Gender-based violence. Experience in protection interventions in line with Refugees operation Experience working with NonGovernmental organizations. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) Good communication skills and ability to conduct training and awareness Computer skills. Good self-organization and good management skills.
