Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Period From January 2026 To December 2027 For The Municipal Guard Of The City Of Krakow

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal And Courier Services For The Municipal Guard Of The City Of Krakow In The Scope Of Receiving, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items, Return Of Undelivered Items And Confirmation Of Receipt, As Well As Handling Postal Money Orders In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366). The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1B To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, An Entry In The Register Of Postal Operators Kept By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications And To Submit The Entry Document To The Ordering Party Upon Each Request.3. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Quantities And Assortment Of Shipments Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And May Differ From The Quantity And Assortment Indicated In Annex No. 1A - Detailed Price Specification. 4. Due To The Need To Ensure Efficiency And Reliability In The Delivery Of Official Mail, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Postal Services To The Ordering Party On The Same Terms As The Rules For The Provision Of Services By A Designated Operator, Indicated In The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, To The Extent That They Apply To The Delivery Of Official Mail, While Maintaining The Obligations Contained In The Agreement. Due To The Content Of Official Correspondence, The Contractor Undertakes To Exercise Particular Care In Securing The Postal Items Entrusted To Him Against Destruction Or Violation Of The Secrecy Of The Correspondence. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, In The Event Of Entrusting A Postal Item By One Postal Operator To Another Operator, Must Have Concluded An Appropriate Cooperation Agreement With The Subcontractor. The Contractor Guarantees Compliance With The Confidentiality Of Correspondence And Protection Of Personal Data.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A List Of Postal Items - Assortment And Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities, Is Indicated In The Detailed Price Specification Constituting Annex No. 1A, Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1B, Including The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template Or Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.7. The Rules For Exercising The Option Right Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz). 8. The Number Of Shipments And The Range Of Postal Services Provided In The Swz And In The Detailed Price Specification Are Estimates, Are Used Only For Comparing Offers And Do Not Mean The Ordering Partys Obligation To Implement The Quantities Indicated Therein.
