Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Natural Gas Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gaseous Fuel Based On A Comprehensive Agreement.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Tarnobrzeg Industrial And Technology Park And Other Commercial Buildings And Administrative Facilities Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Consumption Points Described In Annex No. 7 Of The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppg), Entitled: Supply Of Natural Gas Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement, For The Needs Of The Tarnobrzeg Industrial And Technology Park And The Administrative Facilities Of The Ordering Party. 2. Forecasted Gas Volume 1,072,537 Kwh Per Year Kwh. The Data Provided Is Indicative. The Demand For Gas Fuel Specified In The Previous Sentence Is An Estimated Demand. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Minimum Amount Of Estimated Gas Consumption At The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 7 Of The Swz Will Not Be Less Than 60%, With The Proviso That, For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party And Affecting The Failure To Use The Minimum Estimated Consumption, This Amount May Be Lower, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Additional Claims In This Respect.3. Quality Standards: The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Natural Gas Via The Distribution Network In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Quality Standards, Along With The Transmission Service. Supplies And Distribution Services Provided Under The Comprehensive Agreement Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Provisions Of The Act.  The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels Are Regulated In Particular By The Following Legal Acts: O Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended); O Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 15, 2018 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Trade In Gas Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 280, As Amended); O Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended); O Act Of February 16, 2007 On Crude Oil Reserves Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas, And Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1281).4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Access To Information About Measurement And Billing Data Of The Gas Consumed By The Ordering Party At The Consumption Point.5.
