The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including The Development Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws 2022.1679), 2) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction Project, Including Opinions And Arrangements Regarding Utility Connections To The Property, 3) Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Including The Implementation Of Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises.4) Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation: A) The Characteristic Parameters Of The Planned Facilities Should Be Adopted On The Basis Of The Architectural And Construction Design Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings And The Land Development Design, Constituting An Annex To The Ffu. B) Multi-Family Residential Buildings Are Planned As Three-Story, Without A Basement, Covered With A Flat Roof With An Attic Wall. The Entire Building Structure Is Made In Prefabricated, Large-Panel Technology. Each Building Has One Staircase Equipped With A Single Passenger Lift. On The Ground Floor Of The Buildings, Two Apartments Are Designed To Take Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities. C) A Communication System Is Planned In The Vicinity Of The Buildings, Which Will Include A Paved Access Road With Parking Spaces, Pedestrian Access, A Shelter For Parking Bicycles, And A Playground With A Recreational Area. A Power Cable Should Be Run To One Place, Enabling The Installation Of A Power Station For An Electric Car. D) A Place For Temporary Waste Collection Is Planned To Be Located Next To The Buildings In The Form Of A Hardened, Roofed Square. E) All Necessary Connections And Technical Installations Should Be Built To The Buildings, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Rainwater, Electricity, Lightning Protection And Telecommunications.
