Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A High-Performance Backhoe Loader Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Backhoe Loader With High Work Efficiency That Meets The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1A To Swz Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order.2. Other Requirements: 1) The Backhoe Loader Must Be Brand New, Unused, Have No Physical Or Legal Defects, In Particular Its Parameters, Technical And Design Features, As Well As The Equipment Must Meet All Applicable Standards And Safety Requirements, 2) The Backhoe Loader Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties; 3) The Backhoe Loader Must Have A Declaration Of Compliance With Ce Or Approval, 4) The Backhoe Loader Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Consolidated Text) And Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As With Other Provisions Of The Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law,5) The Contractor Will Ensure Transport And Unloading Of The Offered Backhoe Loader At Its Own Expense And Risk,6) The Operating Manual Of The Backhoe Loader Must Be In Polish,7) Warranty For The Offered Backhoe Loader The Loader Must Include All Components, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations,8) The Contractor Will Provide Warranty Service (During The Offered Period) Located In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland,9) The Contractor Will Train Two Operators Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Offered Backhoe Loader.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Posted In Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.4. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting The Content Of The Offer.
