Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For The Kolsko Commune And Its Organizational Units In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.
1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, I.E. Purchase Of Energy Along With The Distribution Service For The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Is: 483,666 Kwh (Basic Order).2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Value Of The Order (Energy Supply With Distribution Service) By Up To +/- 20% Compared To The Value Of The Basic Order: 2.1. The Increase In The Value Of The Order Will Take Place On The Basis Of Option Law. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Exercising The Option Right By The Ordering Party Are Described In Section I, Section 2 Point 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2.2. The Contract Value Will Be Reduced On The Basis, To The Extent And In The Manner Described In Section I, Section 2 Point 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Were Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Electricity Sales Agreement - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
