The Delivered Equipment Must Be New, Undamaged, Of Full Value And Cannot Be Exhibition Goods, Must Meet The Technical And Quantitative Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Cannot Be: Used, Mechanically Damaged, Or Have Defects. It Is Required That The Equipment Delivered Is Complete And Ready To Work In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose Without Any Additional Purchases. In All Items Of The Above Description That Include A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Proper Name Of The Product Or Its Manufacturer, A Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, Or A Standard, The Ordering Party Allows For The Delivery Of Equivalent Products, I.E.
