The Delivered Devices Must Be New, Undamaged, Of Full Value, Cannot Be Exhibition Goods, Must Meet The Technical And Quantitative Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Cannot Be: Used, Mechanically Damaged, Or Have Defects. It Is Required That The Delivered Devices Be Complete And Ready To Work In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose Without Any Additional Purchases. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order /Opz/ Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. In All Items Of The Above Description, Which Include A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Proper Name Of The Product Or Its Manufacturer, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, Standard, The Ordering Party Allows For The Delivery Of Equivalent Products, I.E. With No Worse Technical Parameters Than Those Of The Products Indicated By The Mark. Trademark Or Origin.
