1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Cleaning Of Sports Facilities At The Wilanów Sports Center: - At Ul. Gubinowska 28/30, - At Ul. Uprawna 9/17, - At Ul. Wiertnicza 26A In Warsaw.2) The Service Will Be Performed On An Ongoing Basis Throughout The Week, In Such A Way That It Does Not Disturb The Operation Of The Facilities And Does Not Threaten The Safety Of Users.3) All Measures Used Must Have The Required Approvals And Certificates Of The National Institute Of Hygiene, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide To The Ordering Party.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Its Employees With Personal Protective Equipment, Provided For In Separate Regulations.5) The Contractor Will Perform The Service Using Its Own Means And Equipment (Included In The Cost). Comprehensive Service).6) Persons Performing Cleaning Activities On The Swimming Pool Deck In The Absence Of A Lifeguard Are Obliged To Wear Life Jackets. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Accidents That May Occur To People Who Do Not Comply With This Order.7) Obligations Arising From The Social Clause1. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2. The Contractor Undertakes That During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, All Cleaning Service Activities (Except For Washing Windows Using The Mountaineering Technique), Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Will Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.3. The Condition Referred To In Section 2 Will Be Fulfilled By Employing New Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Already Employed Persons Performing Cleaning Services (Except For Window Cleaning Using The Mountaineering Technique) To Carry Out The Order. 4.
