The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Placing Municipal Waste Containers In Front Of The Property And Returning Them To The Waste Collection Point, Within The Dates Resulting From The Waste Collection Schedule From The Properties Of The Bielsko-Biała Commune Managed By The Housing Management Plant In Bielsko-Biała, Including: 1) Placing Containers For Municipal Waste From The Bio Fraction, Waste After Sorting, Paper, Glass, Metals And Plastics In Front Of The Property, And Ash In Order To Carry Out The Waste Collection Procedure By A Company Providing Municipal Waste Collection Services On Behalf Of The City Of Bielsko-Biała, On The Day Before Waste Collection Between 17:00 And 21:00. In The Event Of Waste Falling Out Of The Containers During Their Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Them Up;2) Placing Waste In Front Of The Property, Together With Paper Waste, Such As Cardboard, Which Was Placed In The Vicinity Of Municipal Waste Containers And Previously Spread And Fastened (E.G. With Adhesive Tape Or String, Etc.) By The Users Of The Containers;3) Returning The Containers To Places Intended For Waste Collection Immediately (On The Same Day) After The End Of The Waste Collection Process;4) In The Case Of The Following Properties: A) Rynek 16 / Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 1B,B) Rynek 25 / Pl. Saint Mikołaja 12, C) Rynek 4, D) Rynek 6, Containers Should Be Put Out On The Day Indicated In The Schedule By 5:00 A.M. And Take Them To Places Designated For Waste Collection Until 14:00;5) Providing A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party With Information About Damaged Or Missing Containers.2. The Ordering Party Envisages The Provision Of The Service In 45 Developed Properties, With The Reservation That The Number Of Properties May Change During The Execution Of The Order In The Event Of The Buildings Being Taken Over For Management, The Buildings Being Transferred To Another Manager Or A Negative Opinion On The Properties Regarding The Possibility Of Collecting Municipal Waste By The Company Providing Waste Collection Services. The Current List Of Buildings Is Included In Annex 2 To The Specification.
